Send a takedown notice

Email info@uploadwithhubie.com with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you own.
• The exact URL(s) of the infringing upload.
• Your name, address, phone number and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your upload was removed by mistake, reply to the notice with the URL and the legal basis for restoring it. We may restore the content after the statutory period unless the claimant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material are terminated. We keep a record of valid notices.

Illegal content

Content that is illegal — including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or terrorist content — is removed immediately and reported to the competent authorities.
