1. Acceptance
By uploading an image or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use UploadWithHubie.
2. What the service is
UploadWithHubie is a free image hosting service. You can upload images, receive direct links and embed codes, and optionally create an account to manage your history. No account is required to upload.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the images you upload. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, and serve those images so that uploads and shared links work. You confirm that you have the rights required to upload each image.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload or share content that:
- infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights;
- is illegal, including child sexual abuse material or content that exploits minors;
- is malware, phishing material, or designed to disrupt services;
- harasses, threatens, or targets another person;
- contains non-consensual intimate imagery; or
- is used to send spam or evade a previous removal.
5. Limits and availability
Current limits are 100 MB per image, 50 images per batch, and the JPG, PNG, GIF, and WEBP formats. Limits may change as the service evolves. The service is provided as-is and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Accounts and security
Keep your password private and use a unique one. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may sign out sessions after a password change or security event.
7. Deletion and retention
You can delete your uploads at any time using your guest deletion token or your account dashboard. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We may retain limited logs needed to investigate abuse or comply with legal obligations.
8. Disclaimer
UploadWithHubie is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UploadWithHubie and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
